Accessibility statement
How accessible this website and the studio are, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated 17 October 2026
01Our commitment
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website and to enjoy the studio. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we respect our duties under the Equality Act 2010.
On this website you should be able to:
- Zoom in up to 300% without text spilling off the screen.
- Use the whole site with just a keyboard.
- Use speech recognition software and screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS.
- Change colours, contrast and text size using your browser or device settings.
- Read text written in plain English.
02Motion and video
The lash map on our site draws itself as an animation. Choosing one of the four looks stops it on that look, and it does not animate at all if your device is set to reduce motion. Short muted video clips play on the Home and Portfolio pages while they are on screen and stop when you scroll past. They have no sound, and they do not play if your device is set to reduce motion.
03Known issues
We know some parts are not fully accessible yet:
- Two parts are run by other companies, so we do not control their accessibility: the spam check on our Book and Contact forms (Cloudflare Turnstile, added by Webflow) and Square's booking page, where you pick your time after sending your form.
- Some text in our photographs, such as the sign in the studio, is not available to screen reader users, although each photo has a written description.
- We are still checking the whole site with assistive technology and will fix anything we find.
04Tell us about a problem
If you need information in another format, or you find something you cannot use, please contact us and tell us the page, the problem and the device or software you were using. We aim to reply within five working days.
The Ffrench Lash, 659 Fulham Road, London SW6 5PY. Email: studio@theffrenchlash.com. Instagram: @theffrenchlash.
If you would rather book by message than through the online form, email or message us and we will help you.
05Visiting the studio
If you have access needs, please contact us before your visit so we can plan around them and tell you what to expect when you arrive.
06If you are not happy with our reply
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the accessibility regulations. If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
