01Who we are
These terms apply when you use this website or book with The Ffrench Lash (“we”, “us”), a private, appointment-only lash studio.
The Ffrench Lash, 659 Fulham Road, London SW6 5PY. Email: studio@theffrenchlash.com. Instagram: @theffrenchlash.
02Our services
We provide bespoke lash extension sets, revive appointments, removal and consultations, listed with prices and times on our Collection page. Bookings are made online through Square.
03Bookings
- A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
- Please give us accurate contact details so we can send confirmations and any changes.
- A clear photo of your natural lashes is requested before a first appointment.
- Your consultation is included with your first reservation.
- Revive appointments are for sets applied by The Ffrench Lash, within two weeks of your full set.
- If you are wearing extensions from another technician, please book a Same-Day Consultation so your set can be designed on the day.
04Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on our Collection page and booking system. Prices may change, but this will not affect a booking you have already made. Payment, including any deposit, is taken as shown at booking.
05Cancellations, changes, late arrivals and no-shows
- Cancelling. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling after that means you lose your deposit. Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment incurs a fee of 50% of the service booked, with your deposit deducted from it.
- Changing your appointment. You can reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any further change needs a cancellation and a new booking.
- Late arrivals. A 15 minute grace period applies. After that your set has to be cancelled, as it cannot be completed to our standard in the time left. A fee of 50% of your total balance applies, with your deposit deducted, and your deposit cannot be carried over to a future booking.
- No-shows. Failing to attend without notice incurs a charge of 50% of the service booked, with your deposit deducted. Any outstanding balance must be paid before you can book again.
These are also set out on our Policies page.
06Your health and aftercare
Please tell us before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions or anything else that may affect your treatment. We may decline or stop a treatment if we believe it is not safe. Following the aftercare advice we give you helps your set last and keeps your natural lashes healthy.
07If something is not right
If you are not happy with your set, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to put it right. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
08Using this website
You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. All content, including text, photographs, video, the logo and the lash map illustrations, belongs to The Ffrench Lash or is used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse it without asking us first.
