Before you arrive
For a first visit we ask for a clear photo of your natural lashes before your appointment. This helps us design your set in advance, so your lash map is ready when you walk in. You can book online through the Collection page, and you will receive confirmation and preparation notes by email.
At the studio
The studio is private and by appointment only, at 659 Fulham Road, London SW6 5PY. We see one client at a time, so it is quiet and unhurried. Your consultation is included with your first reservation, and it is where we look at your eye shape, your natural lashes and the look you want, then finalise your digital lash map.
How long it takes
Full sets take 2 hours 35 minutes. Revive appointments take 1 hour 35 minutes, and removal with Clean Slate takes 20 minutes. Prices and times for every set are on the Collection page.
If you are wearing someone else’s set
If you are wearing extensions from another technician, book a Same-Day Consultation. It costs £15 and takes 20 minutes, so your set can be designed on the day.
Arriving on time
We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your set has to be cancelled, because it cannot be completed to the standard we want in the time left. You can read all of this in our booking policies.
